Refund and Returns Policy

At Svastha.store, we value your health and your happiness. Our products are carefully handmade and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our herbal products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product is expired or unsealed upon arrival

🕒 Return Request Timeline

You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, we will unfortunately not be able to accept return requests.

🔁 How to Request a Return

To raise a return, please contact us with:

  1. Order ID
  2. Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  3. Description of the issue

💵 Refund Process

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used product packs
  • Products returned without proper reason or after 3 days
  • Items returned without original packaging

🔄 Can I Exchange the Product?

Yes, if the product was damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost. No exchange available for taste or personal preference issues.

📦 Important Notes

  • Please do not accept tampered parcels from delivery personnel. Take a photo and reject the delivery if possible.
  • Ensure someone is available at your address to receive the parcel on the expected delivery date.
